If you've left a review and we replied, please keep the conversation there — Apple won't let us reach you any other way. We read every one.

A few questions we answer most weeks. If your question isn't here, the form is open.
I deleted the app — did I lose my garden?
If iCloud backup was on for Plant Step, your collection comes back the next time you sign in on a device using the same Apple ID. If iCloud was off, the collection only lived on the deleted device — we're sorry, there's nothing we can recover from our side because nothing was ever on our side.
Why isn't my step count updating?
Check that iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Plant Step still has step permission enabled. Force-quit the app and reopen — HealthKit deltas often arrive only after a fresh launch on iOS 17 and 18.
My purchase didn't credit ⚡ — what now?
Open the Shop tab and pull-to-refresh; StoreKit retries pending transactions there. If it still doesn't appear after 10 minutes, email plantstep2026@outlook.com with the receipt from your Apple email and we'll fix it within a day.
Can I use my Apple Watch instead of my iPhone?
Yes. The watch writes steps to HealthKit on iPhone, and Plant Step reads from there. The watch itself doesn't need the app installed — though we're building a complication for v 1.1.
Do you have an Android version?
Not yet. The single-platform focus is how we keep the app this calm. If we ever do Android, it'll be a separate ground-up build — please don't hold your breath.
How do I delete everything?
Delete the app from your home screen and turn off iCloud sync for Plant Step in Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud. That removes the only two places your data could exist.
